If you are wanting to borrow over $4,000 you will need to provide either a guarantor or a caveat over real estate as security. You will also need to provide proof of home ownership for caveat security.

Important Information
Loans have an administration fee of $50 for loans over $1,000 and $20 for loans under $1,000. This is the only administration fee you will pay. There are no insurance or booking fees.
The Board of Trustees will make the final decision on your loan application. Meetings are currently held on the second Monday of each month. Your application, if urgent, can be considered in between meetings.
We do undertake referee and credit checks - if your credit is not 100%, be honest!
